An Analysis of Teachers’ Professional Development Training at Elementary Level

This study explored the effectiveness of professional development training of the public and private sector at elementary level. A survey was conducted by involving elementary teachers from the public and private sector, who attended the training. A questionnaire was developed focusing the four key factors of the training: suitability of the resources; quality of the content and management; competency of the trainers; andusefulness of the training.
