Abstract

The major focus of the study was to identify the problems faced by the course coordinators of one month Professional
Competency Enhancement Program for Teachers (PCEPT) conducted by Higher Education Commission at the doorstep
of all the public sector universities of Pakistan. The study was descriptive in nature and questionnaire was used to gather
information about the nature and intensity of problems they faced during PCEPT program implementation.
