Abstract

In an academic and research library context, this paper reports on the role of user agents in the formation of attitudes towards and
overall satisfaction with electronic resources. Academics, staff, and students at Edith Cowan University (ECU) voluntarily self-
reported their e-book information behaviour via online survey.
