Al Sheikh Ali al Tantaavi & His Style of Oratory in His Book “Hitaaf al Majd” Descriptive Study

Abstract

Al Sheikh Ali al Tantaavi is one of the versatile Islamic scholars of the twentieth century who wrote almost in every field of Arabic literature and Islamic studies. He wrote about history, literature, journalism, Islamic jurisprudence, about social reforms in Muslim societies across the world. He has served in variety of areas that attracts worldwide scholars to write about his views embellished with his sincere and truthful thoughts. His way of writing and his thoughts open channels for researchers in different fields of research. In the following article, I have choosen one of his books “Hitaaf al Majd” as research area for studying his style of oratory. The article is divided into three main sections in the following way.

Section 1: Biography of the Sheikh Ali al Tantaavi

Section 2: Brief Introduction of his Books

Section 3: Descriptive Study of the Book “Hitaaf al Majd and its Oratories”

Conclusion: Results and Suggestions.
