Abstract

As much as the research, analysis, scholarly opinions, efforts and services of the Salaf and the Khalaf scholars and jurists regarding the proponent's Old and critics (non-proponents) of Islamic banking and their thoughts are taken into consideration, then each party supports their arguments and reservations. Although these considerations and arguments are justified to a certain extent, they are so confusing and confused that the common people's reader who wants a solution free of usurious problems in the prevailing Islamic banking system under Islamic financing cannot find a satisfactory answer Can't get it.

In the work that has been done so far concerning banking in Islamic financing, there is a difference of opinion regarding the extent of justification and illegitimacy of this work, which is still largely unresolved. Because a long time ago today, the world's leading scholars, muftis of the religion, eminent jurists and famous and well-known authoritative scholars and doctors offered their valuable academic services on Islamic financing and Islamic banking.

In the context of all these, it is right to say that the progress that has been made in the present era in stopping the usury invasion in the form of prevalent Islamic banking and financing has its right Shariah status based on the principle of Islamic jurisprudence.

Therefore, to eliminate or minimize these doubts and problems, the work that has been done so far is an analytical study of the proponents.
