This study explores the impact of work-from-home (WFH) practices on work-family conflicts (WFC) and employee engagement (EE), with a focus on the mediating role of work-life balance (WLB). Drawing on data from 104 respondents, the research investigates the dynamics between WFH arrangements and their implications for organizational and employee well-being. Key findings reveal that WFH has a significant positive relationship with WFC, while the direct link between WFH and EE is statistically insignificant. However, WLB fully mediates the relationship between WFH and EE, emphasizing the importance of achieving a harmonious balance between professional and personal responsibilities. The study underscores the need for organizations to adopt supportive policies that promote WLB, mitigate WFC, and enhance employee productivity and satisfaction. These insights contribute to the development of sustainable remote work practices that prioritize employee well-being and organizational success.
