Allama Niaz Fatehpuri is known as an important figure in the history of Urdu literature. Allama Niaz Fatehpuri, with his critical, creative and scholarly abilities, created a movement in the world of Urdu poetry and literature in the first half of the twentieth century. His critical insight and extraordinary creative abilities increased the value of many genres of poetry and prose and in the fields of translation also his impact is valuable. His literary magazine "Nigar" undoubtedly nurtured many generations. He undertook a long journey from Bhopal to Campbellpur in 1929 at the behest of Professor Ghulam Rabbani Aziz and Dr. Ghulam Jilani Barq. In the present article, the details of his literary journey have been presented in detail by the renowned writer Professor Ghulam Rabbani Aziz. The details reveal many new things about Allama Niaz Fatehpuri, which are of importance to researchers and literary historians. In view of this importance, this unpublished article is being preserved in “Tabeer-e-Nau”.

Rajab Ali Baig Suroor owns the authorship of remarkable Urdu tale Fasana e Ajaib. He also translated three classic books in Urdu from Persian. The first of them is Suroor e Sultani, translation of Persian semi historical or historical epic, Tarikh e Shamshir Khwani, which is a summarized narrative of Persian glorious epic Shahnama. Suroor’s second translation is Gulzar e Suroor, a literal translated adaptation of famous allegory: Hadaiqul Usshaq of Mulla Razi Tabrezi, and third of this series is a translation of famous Alf Laila Wa Laila into Urdu named Shabistan e Suroor. The last one is actually not a translation but an adaptation of stories and translations of Munshi Abdul Kareem of Lucknow, printed well before Rajab Ali Baig Suroor. The present article elaborates the facts about the classic culture of translation, especially translations in Urdu from Oriental languages. Moreover, Sarroor’s translations have been evaluated. This article highlights some gaps in research on these books and draws some conclusion

This paper critically examines the theory of civilizational conflict between Western and Islamic thought in the light of Allama Iqbal’s Zarb-e-Kalim. It contrasts the materialistic and scientific outlook of the West with the spiritual and moral foundations of Islam. The study explores that how Western philosophy—represented by Hegel and Marx’s dialectics, Darwin’s theory of evolution, and the theses of Fukuyama and Huntington—constructs history, and how these stand in opposition to the Islamic conception of a Divinely. According to Iqbal, Western civilization, rooted in materialism and internal contradictions, is heading towards decline, while Islamic civilization offers a holistic framework grounded in spirituality, morality, and human freedom. The analysis suggests that the real axis of civilizational conflict is not power or economics, but the fundamental divergence in the worldview of man and the universe.

In Pseudepigraphic Research issues of attributions of texts, books or places etc. to fake authors are examined and attributed to the original authors. Dr. Najmul Islam was the first, who coined the term Tehqeeq-e-Mansoobat for Pseudepigraphic Research in Urdu language. In Tehqeeq-e-Mansoobat in Urdu, Allama Shibli Noumani is the founder of this branch of research. Dr. Nazeer Ahmad is an important figure in Tehqeeq-e-Mansoobat. On his credit, there are research works on Tehqeeq-e-Mansoobat about Meena Bazaar, Misbahul Arwah and other books of Jamali Dehlvi and Jamali Urdistani, Dewan-e-Hafiz and Dewan-e-Umeed, Chandar Badan-o-Mahyar, Moonis-ul-Ahrar, Dewan-e-Khwaja Qutab-ud-Din Bukhtiyar Kaaki, Firhang-e-Qawwas, Kulyat-e-Muhammad Quli Qutab Shah Etc.

This article is an effort to comprehend the Prosodic system used by the renowned poet: Mustafa Zaidi. He used meters with excellence and his poetry contained extraordinary poetic qualities which made him distinguished in the recent history of Urdu literature. Ram is a famous researcher, critic and editor on Ghalib's works. In this regard Zikr-e-Ghalib, Talamzae-Ghalib, Fasana-e-Ghalib and Tehqiqi Mazameen are considered his masterpieces. While Diwaan-e-Ghalib, Gul-e-Ra’na, Sabad Cheen, Dastanbo, Khatoot-e-Ghalib, Ayar-e-Ghalib, Yadgar-e-Ghalib and Tehreer (Ghalib No) are his significant ventures. Malik Ram Compiled Gul-e-Ra’na in 1970 and then edited it. This is based upon his personal Transcript, Nuskha-e-Lahore and derived different material from Diwaan-e-Ghalib's editions and made it a variorum edition. Gul-e-Ra’na is a critical edition.
