Self-efficacy is defined as the ability to give the required or wanted results. The teacher self-efficacy is openly related to make sure students achieving specific goals. Their self-efficacy supports them to apply the latest techniques within their teaching learning environment to <br>certify student’s development and create fruitful academic achievement. Therefore, the plan of present study was to determine the relationship between teacher self-efficacy and students achievements. All the public primary school teachers of District Toba Tek Singh were considered for the target population of study. The 200 teachers of primary school including 88 male and 112 female were selected for the sample of study through propionate sampling technique. The data were collected after <br>ensuring the validity and reliability of research tool. The analysed data revealed that community self-efficacy, school climate self-efficacy, and parental involvement self-efficacy had positive correlation with students’ achievement score. The results found a non-significant impact of different tehsils on the decision-making self-efficacy abilities and the instructional <br>self-efficacy abilities. Students naturally engross the spirit of harmony from their environment and develop their perceptions accordingly. Majority of the girls became victims of violence, hatred, ignorance, anger, terrorism, despair, however, peace education is the only way for them to get rid from <br>this gloomy condition. So, on urgent basis peace should instill in individuals mind mainly the students. Present study aimed to examine the perceptions of girls in public secondary schools of Northern Punjab regarding promoting peace through education. Keeping in view the objectives of the study, the quantitative research design was used to execute the study. The participants <br>of the study were 200 public secondary school girls from two districts of Northern Punjab, namely, Mandi Bahauddin and Sargodha. Data were collected through questionnaire in the affective domain ‘Schema of Peace Education’ formulated by Castro and Galace (2010). Analysis of the data revealed that the girls’ students sustain peaceful attitude as a whole. Most of <br>the students showed their positive attitude on self-respect, respect for others, compassion and justice. Some of the respondents disagreed with global concern, social responsibility and positive vision. The study was delimited to the schools of sub division Jaranwala. The purpose of this study was to find out the present status of basic facilities in schools along with difference of basic facilities in locality, gender, and level wise schools <br>of Jaranwala. A total of 60 schools were selected as sample through stratified sampling technique. The research study was survey type as research method. Self-constructed Likert scale was used as research instrument to collect data. The data were analyzed by using Chi square test. Consequently, the public schools teachers are under stress and strain, and cannot meet the targets assigned by the school heads. The purpose of the study was to explore the school heads managerial practices <br>in the public primary school of Sargodha division. The study was conducted using descriptive survey. Multistage sampling was used to select 806 teachers to participate in the study. Questionnaire with likerttype scale was used as research tool in collecting data from Public primary school teachers. The reliability of the questionnaire was computed after <br>pilot testing applying Cronbach’s Alpha (.90). The analysis of the quantitative data included percentage, mean, standard deviation, <br>independent sample t-test and ANOVA. The results for this study show that school head frequently apply autocratic managerial practices. COVID-19 required containment and enforced isolation because of its contagious nature, which had a significant impact on teacher-student interactions. Computer-based learning has emerged as the closest equivalent for offline instruction in the absence of traditional classroom teaching and one-to-one engagement. In light of this, it is important to investigate students' perceptions and preparation for the online learning system being implemented at the university level during the ongoing COV. In light of this, it's important to look into students' perceptions and readiness for the online learning system that has been implemented at the university level <br>during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The quantitative approach was used in this study, and responses were collected via an online questionnaire. In the year 2020, a research study was undertaken. The study's findings demonstrate students' positive attitudes regarding elearning and, as a result, their acceptance of this new learning system. It has also proved the value of e-learning in the context of the COVID-19 problem. E-learning has evolved as a new technique for increasing the <br>learning process, with social media potentially enhancing the learning output even further.
