The Quran is the book of Allah, and Muhammad ﷺ serves as its first commentator. This role as the primary interpreter of the Quran is unique to the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ, and no one from the Ummah shares this distinction. Muhammad's ﷺ interpretation of the Holy Quran is definitive, and every Muslim must adhere to it. The teachings of the Quran regarding religion and Shariah are fundamentally principled. Consequently, Rasulullah ﷺ holds the greatest authority in interpreting the Quran, and no interpretation other than his is considered valid. Therefore, after the Book of Allah, it is essential to refer to Hadith and Sunnah. No one has the authority to interpret the Quran more than the Prophet, and no interpretation can be accepted that contradicts his. Imam Tahawi has beautifully illustrated the interpretive significance of Sunnah with various examples.
2025-12-22T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 DIRAYAT https://ojs.aiou.edu.pk/index.php/dirayat/article/view/3359 مغربی مفکرین کافلسفہ تاریخ 2025-12-22T10:23:44+00:00 Dr. Sultan Shams ul Haq dirayat@aiou.edu.pk
All the events of human civilization that have reached us have been reached through history. According to their interest, historians have recorded these events and passed them on to the next generation. There is not only one aspect to human cultural tradition, but any civilization has many aspects of human life. Human civilization is a combination of different spheres of life. And then all the events that have happened in human civilization can have one or more causes. The purpose of the philosophy of history is to find out what are the causes and causes of any event. Modern historians have presented their investigations keeping them in front. Hegel categorizes history and looks at it from different perspectives, insisting on describing history in a dialectical manner. Karl Marx sees history in terms of material utility, classes, and exploitation. Spangler divides civilization into different periods where civilizations begin in some way and then reach a point of rise and fall in some way. According to Tine B, the main point of civilization is not creativity. If creativity and creative minorities are present in society, they continue to respond to the challenges that arise. When they disappear, civilizations fall into decline. Will Duran sees history with human efforts and its intellectual evolution, the evolution that man has created in all aspects of his life, and the facilities he has created for himself while keeping the future in front, this environment speaks of his efforts. There is evidence. Carlyle is convinced of individualism, he says that the task of nations is not to create men and obey them, and history is associated with great men. Christine Klepser says that man was not alone in the entire human struggle, woman has been there with him at every opportunity, she has supported him, and why women are forgotten in history.
2025-12-22T10:25:33+00:00 Dr. Mufti Imdadullah dirayat@aiou.edu.pk Prof. Dr. Muhammad Tahir Mustafa dirayat@aiou.edu.pk
As much as the research, analysis, scholarly opinions, efforts and services of the Salaf and the Khalaf scholars and jurists regarding the proponent's Old and critics (non-proponents) of Islamic banking and their thoughts are taken into consideration, then each party supports their arguments and reservations. Although these considerations and arguments are justified to a certain extent, they are so confusing and confused that the common people's reader who wants a solution free of usurious problems in the prevailing Islamic banking system under Islamic financing cannot find a satisfactory answer Can't get it.

In the work that has been done so far concerning banking in Islamic financing, there is a difference of opinion regarding the extent of justification and illegitimacy of this work, which is still largely unresolved. Because a long time ago today, the world's leading scholars, muftis of the religion, eminent jurists and famous and well-known authoritative scholars and doctors offered their valuable academic services on Islamic financing and Islamic banking.

In the context of all these, it is right to say that the progress that has been made in the present era in stopping the usury invasion in the form of prevalent Islamic banking and financing has its right Shariah status based on the principle of Islamic jurisprudence.

Therefore, to eliminate or minimize these doubts and problems, the work that has been done so far is an analytical study of the proponents.
2025-12-22T10:28:24+00:00 Dr. Nasurullah Qureshi dirayat@aiou.edu.pk Dr.Muhsin Ramazan İşsever muhsinissever89@gmail.com
In the philosophy of Allama Iqbal, modesty (حیا) holds a significant place. Iqbal, a renowned philosopher, poet, and politician from the Sub-continent, emphasized the importance of different characteristics of a person i.e. honesty, brevity, custodianship, and leadership. According to his viewpoint, modesty has a fundamental status in the development of the individual and society. For Iqbal, modesty was not just about shyness or humility in behavior, but it was a deeper concept internally connected with self-respect, dignity, and moral integrity. He believed that modesty was essential for the spiritual growth of an individual.

Iqbal argued that true modesty can protect a person from negative behavior and ultimately society. It develops a sense of self-awareness and a recognition of good and evil. This sensor can protect from evil and motivate towards good deeds. However, it also involves a firm belief in one's capabilities and growth potential. Modesty, in his philosophy, was not about self-deprecation but about acknowledging the divine potential within oneself while remaining humble before the Creator. Furthermore, He believed that a modest person would naturally respect the dignity and rights of others, leading to harmonious social relationships and collective progress.

In summary, in the philosophy of Allama Iqbal, modesty is a comprehensive concept that incorporates humility, self-awareness, moral integrity, and respect for others. It is regarded as a fundamental virtue essential for individual development and societal harmony.
2025-12-22T10:39:52+00:00 Awais Mustafa dirayat@aiou.edu.pk
Christianity is a major religion followed by the majority of people of the world. Its relation and foundation are attributed to the teachings, life, and death of Jesus (PBUH). The Reformed Church is one of the major churches of Protestant, third, most followed sects of Christianity. They consider Jesus as the ‘Son of God’ the second person of the Trinity. The term ‘son of God’ is an ambiguous and incomprehensible term that created dispute among Christians since the early days of Christianity. Some questions were raised about Jesus (PBUH) whether he was an ordinary man, whether a God, or both. Ebionites consider him an ordinary person, while Docetism declares him divine, who appears in human form. Later on, Irenaeus and Tertullian, fathers of the churches, said Jesus (PBUH) has two natures, divine and human. In short, this later explanation about the nature of Jesus (PBUH) created further problems and disputes among the fathers of the churches and led to the councils from (325 CE – 451 CE). The council of Chalcedon (451 CE) finally composed an important confession about the two natures united in one person Jesus Christ and named it the Creed of Chalcedon. So, the epithet “Son of God” is often referred to as Jesus (PBUH). This term has a background in Jewish traditions, which refers to the Messiah or the still awaited Saviour King, who will form the kingdom of David (PBUH) for the children of Israel. The Muslim theologians criticize and counter the Gospels due to philosophical interpretations of the term ‘son of God’ but they can refine their understanding about the term son of God by focusing on the Jewish Scriptures which refuse the Christian belief.
2025-12-22T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 DIRAYAT
